It's a girl!

Our friends Nick and Jasmine (and their son, Jonah) welcomed a new baby girl into the world last Thursday. Her arrival was quite special. Here is an e-mail I received from her mom!

Amelia Marie was born this morning at 6:00am, weighing 7lbs 8oz, 19.5 inches long. Labor started at 4:00am, and proceded VERY quickly. We did not quite make it to the hospital in time. Nick had to call 911, pull over into the parking lot of a Haggen grocery store where the paramedics met us just in time for Amelia to make her arrival into the world in the front seat of our car! She is perfect and doing very well. I feel great and minus the location of her birth highly recommend fast and furious labor and delivery. With Love, Jasmine, Nick, Amelia and Jonah
